President's Message Season 2011
During the last year this site has been visited by over 80,000 people, proving that this form of communication for our local cricketers and cricket clubs is now an invaluable one.
Our aim is to make sure the site is up to date, useful, packed with a wide variety of information that you may need throughout the coming season and keeps you informed of forthcoming events.
We operate an entirely amateur league with all clubs running two open age teams on Saturdays, and some clubs running Sunday teams. Junior cricket also plays a major role within our League and clubs can operate teams from Under 9 through to Under 17. If you would like to play cricket or be involved in any way in our League please visit our member clubs or email our officers for help and information. In the off season we have had to manage the late withdrawal of King Cross who have folded, closely followed by the sad loss of our League Secretary, Keith Goulden. We are extremely indebted to Keith for his significant contribution to our league and we have dedicated this season to his memory.
